Step 1 – A free phone chat: This is simply a relaxed conversation where we:

• listen to your concerns

• answer your questions

• talk through what you’re noticing

• suggest the best next step

Step 2 - Assessment options: Depending on your child’s age and needs, we’ll recommend one of the following:

🌱 Screening Assessment (45–60 minutes): Best for families who want a quick “check-in”. Great if you’re thinking:

• “Are they on track?”

• “A teacher mentioned something — should I worry?”

• “I just want peace of mind.”

• You’ll leave with clear advice and next steps.

• Cost: $290.98

🧸 Early Years Assessment (2–5 years | 1.5 hours): Designed for little ones before school. We look at:

• speech sounds

• language development

• play skills

• social communication

• feeding (if needed)

• Includes a detailed report with recommendations.

• Cost: $581.97

📚 Literacy, Language & Speech Assessment (6–16 years | 2 hours): For school-aged children and teens. We assess:

• reading and spelling

• writing

• spoken language

• speech clarity

• social language skills (if needed)

• Includes a comprehensive report and clear plan forward.

• Cost: $678.96

Step 3 - Therapy Services: Sessions are designed around:

• your child’s goals

• their interests

• and evidence-based approaches that really work​

We offer sessions:

• at our Trott Park clinic

• at childcare, kindergarten or school

• or online for flexible support​

After each session, we’ll share:

• what we worked on

• how your child went

• simple ideas to try at home

Fees

Our fees follow the NDIS price guidelines. We also offer private (non-NDIS) options and discounted rates for families who aren’t funded.

• NDIS sessions

  • 60 minutes: $193.99

• Private sessions

  • 45 minutes: $148.50

  • 60 minutes: $191.70

  • (Sessions include therapy time plus preparation and notes.)

• Mobile visits

Travel fees apply and are shared between families.
