INITIAL CONSULTATIONS, ASSESSMENTS, THERAPY SESSIONS

Our initial consultation, assessment and therapy services are offered at our Adelaide-based clinic, in a mobile capacity where we come to your child's childcare, preschool or school, and via the internet (web-based services).  Our prices for these services are detailed below:

Initial Consultation (if required):

• Initial consultation (45-minutes): $145.49

Assessments Packages:

• Assessment Session (i.e., one area of concern, approx. 1.5hr): From $450

• Detailed Assessment Session (i.e., more than one area of concern) (2+ hrs): From 590-$790

Therapy Sessions:

• 45-minutes: $155 (discount for clients without government assistance = $139.5)

• 60-minutes: $193 (discount for clients without government assistance = $183.99)

• *30-minute sessions negotiable

PRESCHOOL AND SCHOOL PACKAGES:  (Prices vary, please ask for a quote):

Our practitioners are highly trained in screening for the early identification of speech, language and literacy disorders, and can provide teachers with appropriate strategies to help get children off to a great start on their preschool or early schooling journey.  What can we offer:

• Universal screening of language and early reading skills for kindergartens and schools (reception to Year 3) to support instructional planning.

• Facilitation of, and coaching for, whole school approaches to reading assessment and instruction.

WORKSHOPS ($ Prices vary, please ask for a quote):

We provide innovative and research-informed workshops for parents covering a range of topics in speech, language and literacy development from birth to the teenage years. The Soundmill Centre also proudly partners with other South Australian businesses to provide professional learning for teachers and parents. Workshops include:

• Preschool, Reception, and Year 1 Phonological Awareness & Phonics Instruction - A Pathway to Literacy

Get the answers you need about speech, language and literacy development in one of our lively webinars.  All you need is access to a computer, laptop or touchscreen device to obtain quick and entertaining access to a range of information on speech, language, literacy, dyslexia and stuttering.

With our work featuring Australia-wide on Channel 7 news, we've got the programs you need to help get your preschooler ready to read. These programs are offered individually or in a small group format with an educational consultant - book early as our school holiday sessions fill quickly!

FAST TRACK READING PROGRAM (Enquire Now):

We are specialists in supporting children who struggle with reading, including dyslexia. Our assessment and instructional programs are evidenced-based - let's work together to get your child feeling confident with reading.

ADVANCED AND GIFTED LITERACY PROGRAM (Enquire Now):

We believe in fostering all children's abilities and understand that all children are unique. If you think that your child may have advanced literacy skills, is gifted or you would just like them to have a head start, then we have educational consultants with tools and strategies to support your child.
